Tips for a better run
Watch the note, not your fingers — read two beats ahead like sheet music.
Keep a light, steady tap on eighth-note streams; mashing breaks your combo.
The groove meter starts at 50 — early misses hurt more than late ones.
Use the count-in to lock the tempo before the first note arrives.
Chords (two lanes at once) always land on a kick drum — listen for the thump.

How does scoring work?
Perfect (within 70 ms) scores 100, Good (within 150 ms) scores 50. Every 12 combo raises your score multiplier, up to x5. A miss costs 7 groove, an empty tap costs 1.5.

Yes — all three tracks (Starlight Drift, Pixel Avenue, Hyper Comet) are composed in code for this game and synthesized live with WebAudio. No samples, no covers, no copyrighted music.
