Play Gear Grid online
Gear Grid is an original pipe-connection puzzle: rotate gear tiles to wire every bulb back to the generator.
Each level starts scrambled. Click a gear tile to turn it 90 degrees; arms must meet arm-to-arm for power to flow.
The generator and bulbs are fixed in place — only the gears between them move. A lit bulb means its whole chain is connected.

Tips for a better run
Start from the bulbs and work backward: a bulb's arm points at the tile that must feed it.
Straight gears only conduct in one axis — if a straight gear looks right but the bulb stays dark, it is turned 90 degrees off.
Junction gears (three arms) are the branching points; get the junctions right first, then fill in the straights.
Corners are the sneakiest tiles: a corner rotated the wrong way breaks both of its arms at once.
Watch the clock, but don't rush the last level — one wrong turn can break two lit bulbs at once.

How do I rotate a tile?
Click or tap a gear tile to rotate it 90 degrees clockwise. Use Arrow keys to move the cursor and Space to rotate the selected tile.
Why won't some tiles rotate?
The generator (lightning bolt) and the bulbs are bolted down and cannot rotate. Only the gear tiles in between can turn.
When does a bulb light up?
A bulb lights up only when a continuous chain of gear arms links it back to the generator, with every joint matching arm-to-arm.
How do I win?
Clear all 6 levels within 240 seconds. Your fastest winning time is saved as your best.
