A needle spins around each dial. Press at the right moment to lock it inside the green target zone and crack the safe.
Each safe spins faster and its target zone gets narrower, from a wide 28-degree window down to just 12 degrees.

Pip the safecracker faces five dial safes. A needle spins around the dial; press Space, Enter, click, or tap when it is inside the green target zone.

A lock inside the green zone cracks the safe for 100 points. A lock inside the gold inner zone is perfect: 150 points plus a consecutive-perfect streak bonus up to 100.

A press outside the zone costs one of three lives. The same safe stays open after a miss.

Tips for a better run
Watch the needle, not the numbers: press a fraction early, since your reaction time adds a small delay.
The gold inner zone is one third of the green zone: perfect locks build a streak bonus worth up to 100 extra points.
After a miss the same safe stays open, so learn its speed before pressing again.
Later safes spin up to 240 degrees per second: count the rhythm instead of chasing the needle.
Three lives is generous on purpose: use the first safe to calibrate your timing.
