Play Blade Bound online
Blade Bound is a timing knife-throw arcade: aim from the center pedestal and hurl spinning cleavers at fruit orbiting the arena.
Fruits orbit on four rings while spiky curses drift between them. Land a hit dead-center for 100 points, close for 70, or graze the edge for 40.
Chain hits within 1.2 seconds to build a combo up to x5 — but a miss resets it, and hitting a curse costs one of your 3 lives.
Every 1,000 points spawns another curse (up to 5). Reach 4,000 points in 90 seconds to win.
How to control Blade Bound
- Aim: move mouse or finger
- Throw: click, tap, or Space
- R: restart the run
- M: mute sound
- Enter: start the game
How to play
- 1
Move your mouse or finger to aim the throw line from the center pedestal; the knife flies straight outward.
- 2
Click, tap, or press Space to throw. You can have up to 3 cleavers in the air, with a 0.32-second cooldown.
- 3
Hit fruit to score: dead-center 100, close 70, edge graze 40. Consecutive hits within 1.2 seconds build a combo up to x5.
- 4
Missing everything resets your combo. Hitting a spiky curse costs one of 3 lives and resets the combo.
- 5
Every 1,000 points adds one more curse (up to 5). Win by reaching 4,000 points before the 90-second clock runs out.
Tips for a better run
Lead your throws: targets keep orbiting while the cleaver flies, so aim slightly ahead of fast fruit.
Dead-center hits are worth 2.5x a graze — wait half a beat for the fruit to reach your aim line rather than forcing it.
Inner rings are closer and cross your aim line sooner; prioritize them when a curse is near your target.
The 1.2-second combo window is generous — a steady rhythm of medium throws beats gambling on long perfect shots.
After a curse hit, take one careful throw before rushing back to combo pace; a second curse costs you the run.
Frequently asked questions
Is Blade Bound related to Slice Master or other knife-throw games?
Only the timing-throw arcade genre is shared — spinning-target throwing games are a classic format. Blade Bound is an original implementation: its name, the orbiting fruit-and-spike arena, the precision scoring, the difficulty ramp, and all canvas artwork were built for this game.
Can I play Blade Bound on my phone?
Yes. Move your mouse or finger to aim, click or tap to throw; the arena scales down on small screens.
When does a run end?
A run ends when you reach 4,000 points (win), lose all 3 lives (loss), or the 90-second clock hits zero (win if you reached 4,000, otherwise loss). Your score, hit accuracy, and best run are shown on the end screen.
How does scoring work?
Dead-center hits pay 100 points, close hits 70, and edge grazes 40. Consecutive hits within 1.2 seconds build a combo up to x5, and spiky curses cost a life — every 1,000 points adds one more curse, up to 5.
